AUNT SADIE'S SALMON PATTIES 
1 can salmon
1 c. flour
Salt and pepper to taste

In a medium bowl mix ingredients well with hands; shape into patties and fry until done and brown on both sides.

Or use 1/2 cup flour and 1/2 cup cornmeal. Fry and serve with vinegar poured over top.
