SPAGHETTI AND MEATBALLS SURPRISE 
16 oz. cooked spaghetti, drained
2 jars (lg.) of favorite spaghetti sauce
1 1/2-2 lb. ground beef
2 1/2 slices bread, cut into cubes
1 egg
1 tsp. ground oregano or 1 tbsp. oregano leaves
2 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. onion powder or 1 tbsp. minced onion
About 20-25 (1") cubes of mozzarella cheese

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a large bowl, knead together ground beef, bread cubes and egg. Add spices. Knead until soft and pliable. Roll a small amount of ground beef into walnut size ball. Slightly flatten.

Place 1 cube of mozzarella cheese in center of meatball. Wrap the meat around the cheese, making sure cheese is well sealed. Place on ungreased cookie sheet or baking pan. Repeat for other meatballs. Bake in oven for 12-15 minutes. When done, place in simmering sauce. Stir. Simmer for 15 minutes. Serve over spaghetti.
