APPETIZER MEATBALLS 
2 lb. ground chuck or lean ground beef
1/2 c. fine dry bread crumbs (plain)
1/2 c. milk
2 eggs
1/2 tsp. salt or part garlic salt

Combine meat, crumbs, milk, eggs and salt. Mix to blend. Shape into balls the size of a marble of moth ball. Arrange in shallow baking pan (cookie sheet). Put in 500 degree oven for 5 minutes or until lightly browned. Remove from oven and add to prepared sauce. Include any pan juices. Cool and refrigerate until time to serve. Present meat and sauce over low heat. Keep warm in chafing dish, candle warmer or crock pot. Makes about 100 tiny meatballs.
