BONELESS CHICKEN ROLLS 
2 lbs. boneless chicken tenderloins
1/4 lb. sliced Provolone cheese
Italian seasoned bread crumbs
Italian dressing
Toothpicks

Dip chicken in Italian dressing and roll in bread crumbs. Place a slice of Provolone cheese on chicken. Roll and place toothpick in the center. Cover with foil. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Remove foil and continue baking until golden brown. Serves 6.

Great alternative to the fried chicken that my husband and kids are eating. I needed to cut down on my fried foods due to my gallbladder so this was good. I flattened my tenderloins so they were easier to roll up and used mozzarella because I didn't have provalone. Just needed a little bit more cook time.
