ROLLED CHICKEN BREASTS 
6 deboned chicken breasts
1 small jar dried beef or ham
12 slices lean bacon
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
dash of Tabasco sauce
2 oz. can sliced pimentos
1 small can mushrooms, sliced
1/2 tsp. pepper

Roll chicken breast and dried beef or ham tightly. Wrap each with bacon and secure with toothpicks. Place in large baking dish. Mix other ingredients and pour over breasts.

Bake at 275°F for 2 hours and serve with rice.
