3 1/4 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
1 c. Crisco
1 1/2 c. sugar
4 eggs
1 box None-Such Mincemeat

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Cream sugar and Crisco. Add eggs and mix well. Add flour, salt and soda and stir. Add mincemeat broken into small pieces. Mix well. Drop by spoonfuls on greased cookie sheet. Bake about 12 minutes.
