MACARONI BEEF SAUTE 
1 lb. ground beef
1 c. uncooked elbow macaroni
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. chopped green pepper
1 clove garlic minced
1/2 c. vegetable oil (optional)
3 c. tomato sauce
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce

Saute beef, macaroni, onion, green pepper, and garlic in hot oil until macaroni turns slightly yellow. Drain off excess fat. Add tomato sauce and seasonings. Bring to boil. Cover and simmer 20 minutes. Uncover and simmer (if needed) until sauce is desired consistency.
