CHERRY PIE 
2 (16 oz.) cans semi-sweet dark cherries, in own juice or water
1 tsp. almond extract
3 tbsp. tapioca
Sugar substitute, suitable for baking to taste
Double pie crust recipe, 9"

Make pie crust according to your favorite recipe. In bowl, combine cherries with juice, almond extract, tapioca and sugar substitute. Mix well and pour into the pie crust. Put the top crust on and cut slits. Bake at 400 degrees for 1 hour.
