WEDDING SUPPER SALAD 
3 3/4 c. diced chicken
3 3/4 c. diced veal
6 hard boiled eggs
5 c. diced celery
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
5 tsp. minced parsley
1 c. chopped head lettuce
2/3 c. sweet pickles, diced
3 1/2 c. salad dressing
2 c. drained peas
1 c. chopped nutmeats

Have chicken and veal well chilled. Chop eggs; dice celery, drain peas, mince parsley and chop lettuce. Add salt and pepper to eggs and celery.
