HEARTY SUPPER SALAD 
1 lb. cooked lamb or beef, cut in strips
1 lb. mushrooms, sliced
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/4 c. chopped celery
1/4 c. mayonnaise
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tbsp. parsley
1 tsp. horseradish
1 tsp. mustard
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. oregano
Pepper
Salad greens

Mix all ingredients except mushrooms, meat and greens. Toss mushrooms, meat and dressing in a bowl (dressing includes all ingredients). Refrigerate 1 to 3 hours. Serve on greens. Garnish with tomatoes.
