SAUSAGE ROLLS 
1 lb. turkey or pork sausage (mild or hot, your choice)
Canned biscuits (several)

One biscuit at a time, roll out flat using rolling pin or glass. Spread a thin layer of uncooked sausage onto flattened biscuit. Starting at edge, roll biscuit and sausage as you would a jelly roll. Wrap individually (to prevent sticking together) in freezer plastic wrap and place in freezer.

Rolls must be frozen for proper preparation. To bake, remove from freezer allowing to sit for 5 to 10 minutes for ease in slicing. Do not allow to thaw! Slice into 1/2 inch bite size pieces and place on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake in preheated 375 degree oven for 10 to 15 minutes until sausage is well done and biscuits are browned.

SUGGESTION: Fun breakfast for children using "mild" sausage. Also, great to make extras and keep in freezer - always ready for unexpected guests.
