AFTER DINNER MINT PIE 
2 c. crushed Oreos
1/4 c. melted butter
1/4 c. milk
7 oz. jar marshmallow fluff
4-5 drops peppermint extract
4-5 drops green food coloring
2 c. whipped cream

Combine crumbs and butter, reserve 1/2 cup for topping. Press crumb mixture into 9-inch pie pan. Chill. Gradually add milk to marshmallow fluff, mixing until well blended. Add extract and food coloring. Fold in whipped cream. Pour into pie shell. Sprinkle with remaining crumbs. Freeze until firm. Store in freezer.
