ORIENTAL PASTA SALAD 
1 lb. Angel Hair pasta, cooked & chilled
1 lb. cooked turkey or chicken, torn into bite-size pieces
2 carrots, grated
1 bunch green onions with tops, sliced

SAUCE:

1/4 c. toasted sesame seeds
1/4 c. creamy peanut butter
3/4 c. soy sauce
2 tbsp. sugar
1 tbsp. ground ginger
2 tbsp. white vinegar
1/4 tsp. crushed red pepper

TO MAKE SAUCE: Melt peanut butter with remaining sauce ingredients in saute pan over medium heat. Add carrots and onions to sauce mixture. Cool, then toss with pasta and turkey or chicken. Chill 2 hours before serving. Garnish and serve. Makes 2 to 3 servings.
