HOT SHRIMP DIP 
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
1 can cream of potato soup
1 can small shrimp
1/2 tsp. horseradish
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
2 tbsp. finely minced onion
1/3 c. slivered almonds
8 oz. grated Cheddar cheese

Mix cream cheese and soup. Add remaining ingredients. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes. Great with crackers or potato chips. Best when served hot.
