HOT SHRIMP DIP 
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1/4 c. mayonnaise
1 tsp. grated onion
1 tsp. prepared mustard
1 tsp. sugar
3 tbsp. sherry
1/2 lb. cooked shrimp
1/2 c. sliced almonds (best if roasted)

Melt cream cheese in double boiler or in microwave. Blend remaining ingredients, except almonds, in blender or with mixer. Pour in souffle dish. Top with almonds. Bake at 325 degrees for 30 minutes. Serve with crackers.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
