HOT SHRIMP DIP 
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 c. sour cream
1 (4 1/2 oz.) can sm. deveined shrimp, drained, rinsed & finely chopped
3 tbsp. green onion, minced
3 tbsp. celery, minced
1/8 tsp. pepper
A few drops of red pepper sauce (optional)

Place cream cheese in a 2 quart casserole. Microwave at medium 1 1/2 minutes or until soft. Stir in remaining ingredients. Microwave at medium high 4 to 6 minutes or until well heated, but not boiling. Stir well. Serve warm with assorted crackers.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
