FESTIVE FRUIT SALAD 
2 each fresh nectarines and peaches, sliced
2 fresh bartlett pears, sliced
4 fresh plums, sliced
2 tbsp. lemon juice
Honey - plum dressing or Creamy peach dressing (recipes follow)

In a large bowl, lightly toss fruit with lemon juice. Chill. Serve fruit salad with dressing of choice. Makes 8 servings.

HONEY - PLUM DRESSING:

2 fresh plums, cut into chunks
2/3 c. honey
1/2 c. plain non - fat yogurt or mayonnaise
1/2 c. sliced almonds, toasted

In a blender, puree plums and honey. Blend in yogurt. Chill. Spoon over individual fruit salad servings. Garnish each with 1 tablespoon almonds. Makes 2 cups.

CREAMY PEACH CURRY DRESSING:

1 fresh peach or nectarine, cut into chunks
2 tbsp. cider vinegar
1/3 c. honey
1 tsp. curry powder
8 oz. carton plain non - fat yogurt
1/4 c. flaked coconut
1/2 c. chopped peanuts for garnish

In blender, puree peach, vinegar, honey and curry powder. Stir in yogurt and coconut. Chill. Spoon over individual fruit salad servings. Garnish each with 1 tablespoon peanuts. Makes 2 cups.
