ANGINETTI COOKIES 
2 pkgs. Stella Dora Anginetti cookies
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 (4 oz.) container Cool Whip
2 tbsp. powdered sugar
1 sm. can crushed pineapple

Soften cream cheese in a bowl. Add Cool Whip, then powdered sugar and well drained pineapple. Mix all together. Cut tops off cookies. Fill the bottoms and put the tops back on. Refrigerate.
