MEAT LOAF 
1 c. zucchini, grated
2 onions, shredded
1 1/2 to 2 lbs. extra lean ground beef
1/2 lb. light pork sausage
1 clove garlic, minced
3 tbsp. fresh parsley, chopped
1/4 tsp. basil

Mix all thoroughly with fingers. Place in baking dish or bread loaf pan. Sprinkle with paprika. Bake in 350 degree oven approximately 1 hour. Serve with vegetables or salad.

This recipe comes from a proper food combining recipe book, therefore the eggs and bread are omitted. If you don't want to use the Proper Food Combining Technique, add 2 slices of crumbled bread and 2 beaten eggs to above ingredients.
