SWEET POTATO SOUFFLE 
3 c. cooked mashed sweet potatoes
1 c. sugar
1 c. brown sugar
2 eggs
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. flour
1/2 stick melted butter
1 c. chopped pecans

Combine first 6 ingredients and mix well. Put into a buttered baking pan. Mix remaining ingredients together and put on top of sweet potato mixture.

Bake at 400°F for 30 to 40 minutes.
