CHOCOLATE TOPPED ICEBOX COOKIES 
2 c. flour
1/4 lb. butter
1/4 lb. butter
1/2 c. sifted confectioners' sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
6 oz. semi-sweet morsels (or 1/2 semi-sweet chocolate & 1/2 milk chocolate)
1 tbsp. Crisco
Nuts

In large bowl combine flour, butter, butter and confectioners' sugar and vanilla. Mix well until blended. Chill dough in 2 logs. When well chilled, several hours, slice and place on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 10-12 minutes. Cool completely. Over hot water, melt chocolate and Crisco. Decorate cookies as desired.
