ICEBOX NUT COOKIES 
1 c. brown sugar
1 c. white sugar
1 1/2 c. melted shortening (3/4 c. butter & 3/4 c. vegetable shortening)
4 1/2 c. flour
3 eggs, well beaten
2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. salt
1 c. nuts

Mix sugar and shortening. Add eggs and nuts. Add dry ingredients. Shape in rolls in wax paper and place in refrigerator overnight. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes.
