BLACKBERRY PIE 
3 c. fresh blackberries
2 tbsp. flour
1 c. sugar
1/8 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. lemon juice

Combine berries, sugar, flour, lemon juice, and salt. Line pie pan with pastry, add filling, dot with butter and cover with top crust. Bake in a 450 degree oven for 10 minutes. Reduce temperature to 350 degrees and bake 25 to 30 minutes longer or until berries are tender.
