QUICKIE CRANBERRY SALAD 
2 pkg. raspberry gelatin
1 1/2 c. hot water
1 can whole cranberry sauce
1 (#2 1/2) can crushed pineapple, undrained
3 lg. tart apples, diced
3 oranges, peeled and sliced crosswise
1 c. pecans, chopped

Dissolve gelatin in hot water, add cranberry sauce and stir until mixture is smooth, except for the berries. Add crushed pineapple, apples, oranges and nuts, stir again. Then refrigerate overnight in desired mold. Makes 10-12 servings.
