PARTY PASTA SALAD 
1-2 lb. cooked boneless chicken (boiled)
1 sm. onion
16 oz. pkg. Rotelle (corkscrew) macaroni
2 carrots
1/2 lb. mushrooms, sliced
Small bunch broccoli, cut into sm. flowerettes
Small head cauliflower, cut into sm. flowerettes
Mayonnaise (amount is your choice)

Cut chicken into bite-size pieces. Prepare macaroni as directed on the package.

In a large skillet, in 1 tablespoon hot oil, cook broccoli and cauliflower until tender crisp. Drain on paper towels. Do the same for the carrots, onion and mushrooms.

In a very large bowl, mix the cooked pasta, chicken, vegetables and mayonnaise. Top with paprika. Chill.
