BAKED SHRIMP 
8 lg. cleaned shrimp
4 tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. parsley
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 c. bread crumbs
1 tsp. paprika

Butterfly shrimp; spread and flatten. Place shrimps in individual baking dishes. Sprinkle with lemon juice. Combine butter, 5 tablespoons parsley, and garlic in bowl. Place some of the mixture on each shrimp. Combine crumbs remaining parsley, and paprika and sprinkle over each shrimp. Bake at 400 degrees for 15 minutes. Garnish with lemon wedges. Serves 4.
