1 box chocolate fudge cake mix
1 can Eagle Brand condensed milk
1 lg. Cool Whip
1 sm. box instant vanilla pudding

In a 9 x 13 inch pan. Follow directions on box to bake the cake. After cake is done, punch holes in top of cake. Pour milk over the warm cake to seep into holes. Cool in refrigerator. Mix Cool Whip and vanilla pudding to spread on cake. Chill about 6 hours.
