BRIAN'S FAVORITE TERIYAKI STEAK 
1 1/2 tsp. ground ginger
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 tbsp. sugar
1/4 c. soy sauce
1/2 c. water

Combine the above. Trim well 1 to 2 pounds of steak. Our favorite is sirloin strips or tips. Cut to desired thickness. Sprinkle with instant meat tenderizer, if you like. Pour the marinade over the meat and refrigerate overnight or longer. This can be broiled or fried but we prefer to grill it outside.
