TERIYAKI STEAKS 
6 med. steaks, round or strip
1/4 c. honey
1/2 c. chicken stock or bouillon
1/2 c. soy sauce
2 tbsp. catsup
1/8 tsp. ground ginger
1 clove garlic, crushed (or 1 tsp. garlic powder)

Combine all ingredients, except steaks, in saucepan. Cook over medium heat 4 to 5 minutes until well blended. Cool. Place steaks in glass pan or dish. Pour sauce over and refrigerate at least 6 hours. Broil in oven or grill.
