TERIYAKI STEAK 
1 top sirloin or flank steak (I prefer flank)
1/3 c. soy sauce
1 tsp. ground ginger
1 tsp. sugar
1 tbsp. vinegar
1 tsp. garlic powder or salt
1/2 tsp. salt

Combine and marinate 24 hours. Broil or grill. Cut at an angle into thin slices.
