TERIYAKI STEAK 
1/2 c. soy sauce
2 tbsp. brown sugar
2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp. white vinegar
3/4 tsp. ground ginger
1 clove minced garlic
2 lbs. round steak or sirloin, 1-inch thick

In shallow pan combine all ingredients except steak. Add steak, turning to coat with marinade. Cover and refrigerate at least 6 hours, turning occasionally. Grill and slice into thin slices. Serves 6-8.
