HOT DOG CHILI 
5 lb. hamburger
4 hands sugar
2 hands salt
1 1/2 oz. Mexine chili powder
2 c. tomato sauce
2 c. dried onions
2 cans tomato juice
2 splashes vinegar

Put all ingredients together in a large pan. Mix together with your hands. Start on high until starts to boil. Cut burner down on low and simmer 4-5 hours. Can put into small containers and use as needed. Freezes very well.
