MUSTARD GREEN BEANS 
1 lb. fresh green beans, trimmed
4 tsp. butter
4 tsp. coarse grained mustard
Salt and pepper to taste

Steam beans until crisp tender, about 10 minutes. Drain thoroughly. Melt butter in a heavy skillet over medium heat. Stir in mustard. Toss beans in mixture to coat. Season with salt and pepper. Serve immediately.

Makes 4 servings.
