MUSTARD GREEN BEANS 
1 lb. green beans, trimmed
4 tsp. butter
4 tsp. coarse-grained prepared mustard
Salt and freshly ground pepper

Steam beans until crisp-tender, about 5 minutes. Drain thoroughly. Melt butter in heavy medium-sized skillet over moderate heat. Stir in mustard. Toss beans in mixture to coat. Season with salt and pepper. Serve immediately. Serves 4.
