SHRIMP SALAD 
1 (4 1/2 oz.) can shrimp, drained, rinsed & chopped
1/2 c. finely chopped celery
1 only, green onion, chopped including top
12 pimiento stuffed olives, chopped
1 hard cooked egg, chopped
1 tsp. lemon juice
Dash of lemon pepper
1/4 c. + 1 tbsp. mayonnaise

Combine all ingredients. Mix well. Serve as a salad or sandwich filling.

Yield: 1 1/2 cups.

NOTE: Best to soak shrimp in cold water for 1 hour.
