COUNTRY CREAMY POTATO SOUP 
6 to 10 slices of bacon
1 c. chopped onion
4 to 5 c. cubed potatoes
2 c. water
2 c. cream of chicken soup
2 c. can milk
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. parsley
1 pkg. smokey link

Saute bacon and onion, pour off all but 3 tablespoons fat. Add potatoes, water and sausage link. Cook covered for 14 minutes or until potatoes are tender. Blend in remaining ingredients. Heat but do not boil. Serve at once with a big green salad and bread.
