CORNED BEEF CASSEROLE 
1 (6 oz.) pkg. macaroni
1/4 lb. American cheese, cubed
1 c. milk
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 can corned beef, chopped
1 can cream of chicken soup

Cook onion in a little oil until lightly browned. Add corned beef, soup, milk and cheese. Cook over low heat until the cheese melts. Stir in the cooked macaroni. (Noodles may be used instead of macaroni.) Mix all together and put in a greased casserole. Bake 45 minutes at 350 degrees. Optional: top with buttered bread crumbs.
