TAPIOCA FRUIT SALAD 
1 (3 oz.) pkg. Jello
2 pkg. American tapioca pudding
3 c. water
8 oz. carton Cool Whip
Fruit to match Jello (i.e. strawberries with strawberry Jello; raspberries (if frozen, let thaw and drain), mandarin oranges)

Bring water to a boil. Stir in Jello and tapioca pudding. Return to a boil and cook 6 minutes. Remove from heat and cool. Add Cool Whip and fruit.

Try blueberries with blue Jello or fresh peaches with peach Jello.
