SAUCY VEAL 
1 lb. veal, scallopini cut
1 onion, chopped
1 can mushroom pieces
1 pkg. Knorr's mushroom gravy mix
1 c. milk
1 chicken bouillon
1/2 c. white wine
Season to taste with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika
2 tbsp. oil
Cook rice for 3

Brown veal in large skillet until no pink shows. Take from skillet and set aside. Saute onions and mushrooms in pan with drippings. When tender, add gravy mix, milk, bouillon, and seasonings.

Let simmer to a boil about 5-7 minutes. Put veal back in sauce and add wine and simmer for 10 minutes. Serve over rice; add a vegetable.
