2 c. chocolate chips
1/2 c. butter
1 c. chunky peanut butter
1 pkg. Crispix Cereal (12 oz. pkg.)
2 to 3 c. confectioners sugar

Melt chips, butter and peanut butter for about 3 minutes in microwave. Stir in cereal. Shake in bag with powdered sugar.
