CRANBERRY SOUR CREAM SALAD 
1 (3 oz.) pkg. cherry Jello
1 c. hot water
1 (1 lb.) can whole cranberry sauce
1/2 c. diced celery
1/4 c. chopped nuts
1 c. sour cream

Dissolve gelatin in hot water; let chill until slightly thickened. Break up cranberry sauce and stir into gelatin. Add chopped celery and nuts. Pour half of mixture into mold; spread evenly with sour cream. Pour remaining cranberry sauce mixture on top and chill. Serves 6-8.
