CRANBERRY SOUR CREAM SALAD 
1 (3 oz.) pkg. cherry jello
1 c. hot water
1 c. sour cream
1/2 c. chopped celery (optional)
1/2 c. chopped pecans
1 can whole cranberry sauce

Mix jello and hot water, let slightly congeal. Mix whole cranberry sauce, celery, nuts, and sour cream, stir in gelatin mixture. Pour in mold and refrigerate. Serve on lettuce as a salad or alone as a light dessert.
