CRANBERRY SOUR CREAM SALAD 
1 pkg. cherry Jello
1 c. hot water
1 lb. can whole cranberry sauce
1/2 c. diced celery
1/4 c. chopped nuts, pecans or walnuts
1 c. commercial sour cream

Dissolve gelatin in hot water, let chill until slightly thickened. Break up cranberry sauce and stir into gelatin. Add chopped celery and nuts. Pour half of mixture into mold. Spread evenly with the sour cream. Now pour the remaining cranberry sauce on top and chill.

NOTE: Sour cream may also be folded into mixture. Makes 1 quart, 6-8 servings.
