POTATO SALAD 
6-8 lg. potatoes, cooked & mashed
6 eggs, boiled & chopped
3 stalks celery, chopped
1/2 bell pepper, chopped
1 med. onion, chopped
1 jar chopped pimiento
1 c. chopped pickles
1 1/2 c. salad dressing
Salt & pepper

Mix all ingredients well. Add salt and pepper to taste. Serve warm or chilled.
