PRAWN PIZZA 
1 lg. Boboli pizza crust
30 lg. tiger prawns, deshelled and deveined
1 to 2 c. pesto sauce (see recipe elsewhere)
1 c. Mozzarella cheese, shredded

Brush olive oil and sprinkle cornmeal on pizza pan. Place Boboli pizza on this and slather with pesto sauce. Sprinkle Mozzarella on this. Place uncooked prawns on the cheese covering the entire area. Bake in 450 degree oven until the cheese melts and the prawns are pink--about 10 to 15 minutes. Actually, we buy the prawns at a local Chinese grocery store. They come in a 5-pound frozen block for about $4.50 a pound. A steal! And if you can't find the prawns come visit us and we'll make you one!
