MARINATED PRAWNS 
2-3 lb. med. to lg. prawns, cooked, cleaned and deveined
2/3 c. oil
4 tbsp. ketchup
4 tbsp. hot mustard
4 tbsp. pure horseradish
1 bunch green onions, chopped
1 med. yellow onion, chopped
1 celery heart, chopped
1/4 c. parsley chopped
Juice of 1 lemon
Salt and pepper to taste

Marinate all ingredients overnight or 24 hours. Serve cold.
