CRUNCHY ROMAINE SALAD 
Salad:

1 head romaine lettuce, broken in bites
1 bunch broccoli, broken and cut in small bits
1 bunch green onion, sliced in small rings

Spread in a 10 x 15-inch pan.

Toppings:

1 pkg. Ramen noodles, broken (uncooked)
1 c. walnuts, broken
1/2 stick butter

Brown together in skillet. (I double the topping when I make it.) Cool. Put on salad.

Dressing:

1 c. oil
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. red wine vinegar
3 tbsp. soy sauce

Mix well. Pour over salad just prior to serving.
