SHRIMP - BACON BITES 
1 c. cleaned cooked shrimp 3/4 lb. fresh or frozen can shrimp (in shells), 7 oz. frozen peeled shrimp or 5 oz. can shrimp
1/2 clove garlic, slivered
1/2 c. chili sauce
8-10 slices bacon

Mix shrimp and garlic; pour chili sauce on mixture. Cover and refrigerate stirring occasionally, several hours. Cut bacon slices in half. Cook bacon until limp; drain. Wrap each shrimp in bacon piece. Secure with wooden pick. Set oven control to broil and/or 550 degrees. Broil 2-3 inches from heat until bacon is crisp. Makes 16-20 appetizers.
