HERB BREAKFAST DRINK 
1 qt. chamomile tea, rose hip or fennel
1 qt. orange juice
1 (46 oz.) can unsweetened pineapple juice
4 freshly squeezed limes
2 ripe bananas
2 c. Kefer or yogurt

Make tea and strain. Combine with pineapple juice. Using electric blender, puree bananas with kefer or yogurt until smooth. Add to tea mixture, along with orange and lime juice. Serve very cold. Yield 1 gallon.
