NO FAIL FUDGE 
4 c. granulated sugar
1 (13 oz.) can Wilson evaporated milk
1 (6 oz.) bag milk chocolate chips
1 (12 oz.) bag semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 tsp. vanilla
1/4 c. butter
1 c. chopped walnuts

Mix sugar and evaporated milk in large saucepan. Heat on high until boiling (STIR CONSTANTLY) and boil for 5 MINUTES. Remove from heat, add butter, vanilla, all chocolate and chips and nuts. Stir until thoroughly mixed. Pour into buttered pan and cool. NOTE: Fudge starts to set up quickly, so be fast.
